Rob Tidd

Rob is originally from South Wales but has lived in Kendal since 2005.

He has recently taken early retirement after 16 years in the NHS, working at Ambleside Health Centre as Medicines Manager. Rob is a musician, currently playing guitar with local rock covers band Heavy Energy as well as singing in Kendal-based male voice choir, “Fellas”. He is a self-confessed ‘Guitar Nerd’ who frequently suffers from GAS (Guitar Acquisition Syndrome), for which there is no known cure. Rob also does voluntary work for South Lakes Talking Newspaper (as a reader and Team Leader), and Animal Rescue Cumbria, helping out at the shelter itself and their ‘Pre-Loved For Pets’ shop in Kendal.
